The character is Aoi-Hi. She, in this picture, is basicly painting the stars and nebula into the sky. I might redo this, but I'll do that later.

redheadstock makes brushes for phoyoshop and gimp, so I use those. If I didnt have a brish 4 it though, I would just put dots.
